How to Obtain

You can get the Hunger Blades as a loot reward from the bosses at the Brother of the Moon, Brother of the Mists, Brother of the Blood, Brother of the Night, and the Midnight Grove, all of which are located in the Exiled Lands.

The Hunger Blades can also be found as a drop from the wolf boss at the Ruins of X’chotl on the Isle of Siptah.
