Description
The Lifeblood Spear doesn’t necessarily provide anything special in terms of base damage, but it comes with a rare perk in the form of Regeneration, which will allow you to slowly regenerate health over time both in and out of combat. In addition, it’s one of the few decent spears based on strength damage, so it can be a good option for strength builds that need a bit more reach.

You can get the Lifeblood Spear as a loot drop from 
The Red Mother boss, located in The 
Unnamed City in the Exiled Lands.
