Description
The Rip and Tear legendary two-handed chakrams are great for inflicting damage against armored opponents thanks to the Sunder perk, which can stack up to five times to apply 50% armor penetration to the target. It also comes with the Bleed perk so you can apply some damage over time with each hit.
How to Obtain
There’s a chance for these Chakrams to be dropped by the 
Risen Bones boss located in the 
Unnamed City on the Exiled Lands map.
