Description
The Set’s Tongue legendary daggers have the potent combination of the Bleed and Plundering perks. The former will apply a damage over time debuff to your target that can stack up to 20 times, while the latter will remove any buffs from the opponent when they’re hit, while also removing poison and alcohol-related debuffs from yourself.
How to Obtain
You can get the Set’s Tongue daggers from the 
Servant of the Priest King, who can be found at 
Warmaker’s Sanctuary in the Exiled Lands.
