As Carl awakes, he is again frustrated that nothing has changed. Go to the painting room and interact with the painting of June to see yet another different version of the tragic car crash, in which The Hunter accidentally weakens a cliff edge while chasing a bird, causing it to collapse and prompt Carl to swerve off the road. Back in the painting room, Carl will once again be called outside to discover the final five dioramas:

This completes the discovery of all sixteen dioramas (unlocks In Sickness and in Health). You can now interact with the floating painting of The Hunter nearby. Return to the painting room to interact with the glowing canvas which will transform into a painting of The Hunter, allowing you to play the tragedy from his perspective.
