Formerly the headquarters of the renowned Spark group, the Chemical Plant is now the central hub of the Ward’s activities in the Zone. Korshunov has the entire area under control, and stalkers and bandits are a rare sight here nowadays, having been replaced by Warden patrols and the occasional Duty soldier.
