Meelpa

Meelpa is a quest-giving NPC that can be found in the southern section of the Fallow Steppe area, a short walk from the Rime Falls entrance.

A former master swordsman and Morley’s teacher, Meelpa now lives a quiet life tending to his ranch and pikuls.

He makes a living selling the hay from his fields and takes it upon himself to warn travelers away from the fallen parish of Etaern.
