Perfect Timing - Diviner Abilities

In-game Description (Abilities)

All allies that are currently affected by any of the psyker’s powers gain the perfect timing effect.

Perfect Timing: when an ally under this effect dodges or parries an attack, if this ally has a weapon capable of reaching the attacker and has an attack that costs 1 or less AP, that ally immediately counterattacks with this weapon, and the perfect timing effect fades.
