A duplication spell: pluck a strand, chew it, and spit it into the air to create multiple Duplicates. These agile Duplicates can fight or flee and will engage the enemy if the caster is attacked.

This spell can be used to catch a breath or escape.

However, the Duplicates are fragile and can be quickly destroyed if directly confronted by the enemy.

Blowing strands into the air creates Duplicates to assist in combat.

Unlocked after beating the main game and starting New Game Plus.

A lifesaving spell: in moments of mortal peril, this spell automatically activates. It transforms a single strand of hair from the Destined One’s head into his Duplicate, which then takes his place in facing death. Simultaneously, it creates a new body for the Destined One.

The Destined One will return with full Health, but the gourd will not be replenished.

When danger is imminent, ready this spell to be prepared for any eventuality.

Upon nearing death, automatically activates to resurrect the Destined One.

• Glorious Return - Killing enemies reduces the Cooldown of Life-Saving Strand.
• Fearless - After using Life-Saving Strand, instantly recovers 3 gourd uses.
• Spirited Return - After using Life-Saving Strand, instantly recover a moderate amount of Mana.
• Cycle Breaker - When Life-Saving Strand is used, there is a moderate chance that its usage will not be expended.
