Athanatoi Shaman |
I have read so much about this formidable foe that I almost don’t need to see them in action to take my notes: They are big and slow, but they are masters of lightning magic, making them extremely dangerous. Before striking them, make sure the handle of your weapons is made of wood to insulate you from their magic. More things about this enemy: If lightning magic catches you, any attack you take while electrified will inflict multiplied damage. A good trick to counter it is to strike anything with your weapon. The lightning magic will transfer to whatever you hit. Final notes on the Shaman: If you distance yourself from him, he will throw lightning at you. Don’t even think about blocking them, you can’t stop the magical barrages. Just dodge them until you decide to approach him again. By the way, when the Shaman throws his magic at you, it stops protecting him for a few moments. You might be able to take advantage of this observation.

Sentenza |
We’re in trouble! Here’s what I’ve observed: Sentenza’s appearance is terrifying, but its attacks are somewhat clumsy and relatively easy to block. However, the Mage commanding the palanquin is far more dangerous, especially from a distance. Second round to us. But Sentenza doesn’t care. Time means nothing to that being. It will return as many times as necessary to complete its mission. It can only be the Queen. Beware of Sentenza’s magical attacks: Fire attacks cannot be blocked, and lightning attacks will leave you highly vulnerable to any incoming strike. Before striking a lightning-imbued Sentenza, ensure your weapon’s handle is made of wood to insulate you from the magic. If you’re caught by the lightning, strike anything with your weapon, and the charge will transfer to whatever you hit. I admit that Sentenza no longer scares me as much. Aran seems to handle it well, or at least has so far. I’ll keep my fingers crossed and write my final notes: Watch out for Sentenza’s magical displacement, as it seeks distance to launch supernatural attacks. Make sure to have a weapon imbued with the Time Rune, as Sentenza frequently summons specters.

Trolls |
These creatures petrify themselves to protect and regenerate when they sense danger, making their petrified skin impenetrable. However, just before they begin petrification, they are stunned and vulnerable. Use those crucial seconds to strike and mutilate them. If you can stop them from fully petrifying, you can defeat them. These notes are quite revealing: The Troll may be slow and predictable, but don’t underestimate its power - its attacks are devastating. Despite its apparent clumsiness, it is highly dangerous. Here’s something you need to see to believe: The Troll can regenerate mutilated limbs, including its massive head! It can only be killed while it remains mutilated. Here is my final observation on Trolls: Ironically, Trolls can’t tolerate the smell of humans and will go into a rage if you get too close. Maintain your distance, and you should be fine.
