Inside a chest in the cave sealed by the Hurmuz Statue. Bring the charged amulet to the statue and it will destroy the wall, allowing you to access the chest.

In a chest under Koko’s Hollow. After following Koko down the pit, take a right and hug the wall. You’ll reach another lit area, with a gap in the wall. Go through the gap to find the chest.
