Grandiose Chroma Catalyst
Description
Can be used at 
Camp to upgrade weapons up to level 32.
How to Use
To use 
Chroma Catalysts you will need to clear the 
Flying Waters dungeon, after which the Curator will take up residence in a cave at your camp. Talk to the Curator and pick the option [Upgrade Weapons] and you can select weapons you wish to upgrade. Of course, nothing is free, and upgrading weapons requires various resources depending on the weapon’s level.
Battle Loot
This item can drop from enemies in Battle Loot. Whether you recieve it, and in what quantity, depends on the enemy you are fighting and is subject to randomization.

Found on the right after climbing up the train with the handholds.

Central Plaza (Flying Manor) take the staircase down to the right, then descend the rope. Look for an elevator and ride it down.
You’ll find this beneath a rocky outcrop in the area below.

From the Central Plaza, take the elevator up then head forward past the statue. You’ll see a broken walkway with a grapple point. Zip over the other side and you’ll find yourself at a crossroads.
Take the path straight ahead, then look for a grapple point at the end.

On a table in the icy cave where you find the 
Chromatic Veilleur.

Tucked away in a corner of the icy cave where you find the Chromatic Veilleur. Just hug the outer wall and you’ll find it.

In the area beneath the building where you find the merchant, Grour, you can find this tucked away among some gnarled tree roots.

Warrior’s Route flag, go forward into the arena where you are ambushed by the 
Ultimate Sakapatate. Go left at the back of the arena then head through the crawlspace. On the other side, head through the stone archway and take the second left to find this.
