Attacking the friendly Nevrons will lock you out of receiving the reward for completing their quests and also the corresponding Achievement or Trophy. The rewards for defeating them are common items that can be found elsewhere, so you’re better off letting them live.

You’ll find lost Gestrals scattered across the World Map and there are nine to find in total. Speak to the large Gestral at the Camp after finding each one to receive a reward. You will also need to find them all for the Lost Gestrals Achievement or Trophy.
