Enter the 
Flying Manor through the world map entrance, and head down the stairs. At the bottom, turn 180° and go behind the staircase and look over the edge of the rocks where you can see the large golden disc in the sky beyond.
If you look carefully, you’ll notice a rope heading down. Zip down, then climb on top of the picture frame you find at the bottom, jutting out of the ground. You’ll see this Pictos on the edge of the frame.
