Description
A fan engraved with mysterious patterns, received from the Witch of the East. When wielded as a weapon, it allows the user to borrow the Witches’ power to command a harmony of wind and lightning. With gusts strong enough to push even rain clouds away, it is capable of clearing overcast skies to Load a bright, sunny day.
