This Trophy/Achievement will require you to let Johnny keep your body whilst V will remain in Cyberspace during the Never Dawn Fades Epilogue. To unlock this ending you’ll need to complete Panams Side Jobs which are the following:

• Riders on the Storm
• With a Little Help From My Friends
• Queen of the Highway

After you’ve completed these jobs, pick the following the dialogue choices during the Nocturne Op55N1 Main Job:

1. “Call Panam”
2. “Just Need a Minute”
3. “Somethin’… I gotta do today”
4. “Gonna ask Panam for help”
5. “Take Omega Blockers”

Now continue the Main Jobs until “Belly of the Beast”, then you’ll want to pick the “Body’s Johnny’s I’ll go” dialogue choices when speaking with Alt and Johnny in Cyberspace, then return to your body to trigger the ending.
