Inside the Hotel Halperin lobby. Follow the garden area to a little segregated part of the garden for wedding ceremonies. You will find a bride zombie eating a corpse in the garden, with the note in the area.

Beside a bath in the hotel level. You can head inside a bathroom after dropping down from the vent into the third floor section that’s cut off. Go forward from the room you drop down into another room, then head into the bathroom on the left hand wall.
