Outlaw Sharpshooter
In-Game Description
The 
Outlaw Sharpshooter is another crossbow-laden enemy that will first flaming bolts at you from afar. Doubled with a decent health bar they can cause a problem if there are multiple enemies in the vicinity.
They also have the ability to teleport around the vicinity leaving fireball shooting spots around that really can cause issues.
