Description
An Elite Serpent Cult Magus found inside the 
Shadowed Plunge dungeon in Hawezar. He bears the Waller, Plaguebearer, Teleporter and Multishot affixes so his attacks become difficult to deal with. Poison resistance is helpful as is some kind of ranged attacks to get through his walls.
