A side-quest that can be located in the Fractured Peak region.

The side quest is found in Kyovashad and is started by talking to the Strange Beggar to the east of the Blacksmith. Select the option “Offer him coin” to get things underway.

I learned of an impeding catastrophe from an odd man in Lower Kyovashad.
