As you pursue Lilith through Sanctuary you’ll stumble across side quests, marked by blue exclamation points on the map. Completing these will earn you various rewards, usually including (but not limited to) XP, gold and Renown. This page provides a walkthrough for The Sealed Door, a side quest in the Fractured Peaks region in Diablo 4.
How to The Sealed Door in Diablo 4
Another quest in Kyovashad, seek out “an eccentric stranger” east of the Blacksmith. Talk to the “Strange Beggar” when you arrive and pick the option “Offer him coin.” and he’ll profess he’d rather bend your ear than deplete your coin purse. He’ll ramble on about some sealed door and how it must remain sealed, despite the efforts of some “pig-headed beasts” to force it open. Hearing about this danger suffices to start the quest The Sealed Door.
You’ll now have to head to a marked area far to the north, along the northern edge of the Frigid Expanse subregion. Given the undead and demons that wait along the way, reaching this area can be a hassle in its own right. Once you reach the blue search area, however, head to the northeastern edge of said search area to narrow things down a bit and ultimately reach the eponymous sealed door, which is being excavated by some Ice Clan brutes, including an Ice Clan Mauler.
Defeat them and a Death Priest, Seth Ryott, will pry itself from the door - not quite free, but not safely contained, either. This elite enemy possessed the Summoner and Cold Enchanted properties when we faced him, and while he’s durable, his lack of mobility makes him something of a sitting duck to any damage you care to toss his way. Whittle away his HP and he’ll eventually fall, completing the quest and earning you a Leather Cache and a scaling amount of XP and Gold.
