Go to the tower on the left and climbing the ladder, then walking across the battlements to reach this chest near another ladder.

Find the hidden ladder to the east of this, covered in snow, which can be smashed by jumping or hitting it. Enter then come into this room to find a gold chest, with 15000G inside.

Chest in the basement, accessed via going over the roof and dropping into the building.
