Required to complete and progress Seeking the Sage’s main story quest.
Speak the villagers to learn more.
From there, Jiera should tell you about the Beorcan Stronghold. Enter the Stronghold and find your way to the otherside of the keep.
You need to fight a boss there, and take its drop to the Seer to complete the riddle.
