Ash of War: Chilling Mist is an Ash of War and Upgrade Material that provides Cold affinity and the Chilling Mist Skill.

• Ash of War: Chilling Mist can be found in Three Sisters where it can be looted from a Teardrop Scarab in the ruins south of Renna’s Rise.

• Grants the skill Chilling Mist.

Hoarfrost Stomp is a Skill that stomps the ground to create a trail of freezing mist on the ground which applies a frost build up status effect.

• Ash of War: Hoarfrost Stomp is obtained in Liurnia of the Lakes where it is dropped by an invisible Teardrop Scarab found roaming the shallow body of water southeast of Caria Manor. It can be found by carefully observing for it’s glowing footprints and then attacking as it move towards you.
• It is the Default skill of the Icerind Hatchet.

• This is an Ash of War Skill, associated with the Ash of War: Hoarfrost Stomp.
• FP Cost: 10
• This Skill is not Chargeable
• AOE effecct
• Excellent DPS
• Deals 70 Frostbite on hit after which the ice crystals explode applying 110 each.

The Ash of War: Ice Spear grants the Cold affinity (which adds Frostbite buildup to attacks and increases Intelligence scaling, Decreases all other scaling types) when attached to a weapon and allows for the use of the Skill: Ice Spear.

• Received as a reward for killing the Night’s Cavalry (Gatetown Bridge) boss in Liurnia of the Lakes.

• Usable on polearms capable of thrusting and twinblades.
