Skill: Hoarfrost Stomp

Hoarfrost Stomp is a Skill that stomps the ground to create a trail of freezing mist on the ground which applies a frost build up status effect.

Ash of War: Hoarfrost Stomp is obtained in Liurnia of the Lakes where it is dropped by an invisible Teardrop Scarab found roaming the shallow body of water southeast of Caria Manor. It can be found by carefully observing for it’s glowing footprints and then attacking as it move towards you.
It is the Default skill of the Icerind Hatchet.
