Fiddler’s Green Trailer Estates is the remnants of a trailer park located within the Commonwealth, inhabited by feral ghouls in the year 2281.

Initially serving as a retirement community for individuals lacking familial support and financial stability, Fiddler’s Green Trailer Estates became a haven for its residents. Following the Great War, the park fell into disrepair, with a soldier utilizing one of the trailers as his home, eventually succumbing to death. Feral ghouls now roam the area, with one settler making a distress call for assistance before his demise.

The estate comprises a small cul-de-sac featuring eight trailers surrounding the leasing office, which overlooks a pool. Notable features include a live glowing one in the northeast trailer and a hidden underground shelter west of the pool. The area also contains crafting stations and safes, offering various utilities for explorers.

Originally conceived as a holiday park, Rocky Narrows Park boasted three distinct structures, including two cabins and a trailer. Over time, neglect and the ravages of the post-apocalyptic world transformed it into a hazardous environment teeming with wildlife and hostile inhabitants.

The park features a trailer to the east, housing a trunk with valuable loot and serving as a focal point for potential encounters with yao guai, drawn by the nearby radiation zone created by toxic barrels. Further exploration reveals makeshift graves to the north, where unsuspecting travelers may fall prey to raiders mourning their fallen comrades.

The park’s inhabitants include yao guai and raiders, posing significant threats to unwary travelers. Additionally, feral ghouls lurk beneath the train tracks to the east, lying in ambush for unsuspecting passersby.
