University Point, formerly Massachusetts Bay University, served as a bustling settlement until its tragic downfall. Once a center for trade and research, its fate was sealed when its residents unwittingly attracted the attention of the Institute, leading to a devastating attack that wiped out the population.

Exterior: Surrounding defensive walls enclose abandoned stalls and shacks. Various buildings include former shops and the University Credit Union.
Sedgwick Hall: A key structure containing valuable clues and loot.
University Credit Union: Another significant building with crucial terminals and loot.

• Vault-Tec security armor helmet: Located in the armor store, it can be found on a shelf alongside other armor and clothing pieces to the left of the entrance.
• Sylvia’s holotape: Obtainable in the liquor store, it is stored in a red toolbox situated on the counter.
• Vault-Tec lunchbox: Found on a toilet at sea level within a partly-collapsed building at the northeast corner behind Sedgwick Hall.
• University Point council meeting - Holotape: Acquired from the mayor’s terminal on the third floor of the University Credit Union’s exterior, specifically two floors above the cafe.
• Gerald’s vault password: Located on the mayor’s terminal, it’s added by reading an entry of the Town Council Logs. This password provides access to the vault control terminal in University Credit Union.
• Cryo mine: Armed and situated to the northwest.
