Location
After claiming all of the territory in Nuka-World, raiders in 
Nuka-Town U.S.A. will start giving you the repeatable 
Amoral Combat side quest.
Complete it five times, choosing to fight opponents in the 
Cola-Cars Arena each time. The sixth fight is against a Rogue Knight who drops this weapon.
Legendary Effect
Unlimited ammo capacity.
