WHERE: ON outpost, Jova.
DESTINATION: ON Refugee Camp Delta – North-East Border
CONTACT: Lieutenant Ru, ON Peacekeepers of the 4th light armoured division.

To all civilians of Jova,
The ON Peacekeeping unit of the 4th light-armoured division is evacuating from Jova. We are attempting to rejoin the rest of the 4th posted at ON refugee camp Delta. All citizens are encouraged to leave with us.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Arriving before zero eight hundred is recommended
Pack essentials only due to limited space.
