A letter written by one of the few remaining defenders of Jova during the attack. Found near a destroyed church in Jova, Acasa Marshes.

Dear Sonia,

I write to you from the town of Jova, my newest posting and truthfully, most likely my last. Intelligence reports that an entire armored division is arriving to ‘liberate’ Jova in a few days time. There is absolutely no hope for us. I suppose this is any soldier’s fate, really.

I know our romance was brief, but you are the only soul on my mind. My biggest regret is that I will never have the chance to truly get to know you. I think we could have led a wonderful life together.

Goodbye, and may Sethyris forever gaze upon you.
