Head to the Ship Grave in Hallowgrove to investigate whether Dramm’s parents were truly given a solemn burial by order of the General, just as he believes.
Resolution: You’ve investigated both the Mining Quarter and Heroes’ Rest but found none of the information Dramm mentioned, proving that 
General Harald concealed their parents’ true fate from him.
