Cephalos

Description

A species of Piscine Wyvern that swims through desert sand like
a fish through water. Unlike most Piscine Wyverns, it often lives
in groups that can be led by a larger monster called a Cephadrome.

While this creature may appear to be the color of desert sand,
its scales are actually blue. The beige color is caused by the
accumulation of sand on its body as it swims through its habitat.

With its highly developed sense of hearing, this monster navigates
by sound. It rarely surfaces except to hunt, but loud noises can
startle it out of the ground.
