Description

This Elder Dragon is completely enveloped in liquid and can command
vast quantities of water. Unique electric organs allow it to charge
water attacks with electricity, creating massive explosions.

This monster’s skin is made of flexible fibers that can change
shape depending on the situation. Meticulous adjustments to the
composition can boost either water absorption or retention.

Beyond controlling water, this monster can release energy stored
in electricity-generating organs from its limbs and wings. Intense
heat from this release generates violent explosions of steam.
