All Revered Gland Locations in Mortal Shell II

Located near a body slightly to the west of where the Great Arbiter of Flesh is patrolling.

Make your way through the Sanguine Shoreline Beacon to find a Revered Gland placed between several candles.

Located behind the Glyph Door.

Climb the statue and head to the left to find a room filled with iron maidens. The Revered Gland is at the end of the room.

After cleansing Sunken VIllage beacon, return the way you came (where the group of enemies are) to find this item.

Obtained via defeating Pale Grisha.

Located on the skeletal chalice to the northeast of the traversal gate. This needs to be cleansed by defeating the nearby enemies.

This is where it appears on the map, but you actually get to it by peering into the haze to the northeast. Inside this obscure room, break the brazier to make the enemies attackable, and then head to the top of the stairs to obtain the item.

Located on the skeletal chalice in the catacombs. Take the stairs down where you found the tattered page and follow the linear path to the end.

From the entrance of the Holding Cells dungeon, follow the path to the end, turn left, and strike an illusory wall.

Follow this new path to the end to find the item.

Look for some boxes against a wall and break them to find this hidden passage with this item.

Located in the room in the back-left corner of the room. Accessed by taking the invisible path over from the elevator. Next to the exit.
