You can bypass the Zottenropple Brothers and their golems by doing Jubilost last companion quest and choosing to give the gifft to a random gnome (the random immortality winner will be none other than Nyrd, she will teleport, thank you and take her brothers away to the first world).

Thanks! Most companion quests were finicky when we wrote this, so we weren't able to pursue strategies related to them.
