On a small isolated platform at the top of the scaffolding. Drop down form the Sector 9 rooftops to land on it.

Located on the top platform of the scaffolding. Drop off the roof to land on it.

Located near the top of the scaffolding in the Wild Zone. Get on top via the roof and then roll to the platform below to get the item.
