Description
New Move/TM! If the user has Terastalllized, it unleashes energy of its Tera Type. This move inflicts damage using the Attack or Sp. Atk stat - whichever is higher for the user.

Inside Area Zero. At the bottom of the Crystal Cave near Zero Lab. From the largest crystal pillar in the center, jump off one step and it will be tucked next to the giant pillar below.

Inside Area Zero. At the very bottom, near Zero Lab and after completing the story, follow the little path into a tiny cave and use Koraidon/Miraidon to jump on the crystal pillar inside to find the TM.
