This weapon can be picked up in the Makeshift Sick Room by Jill during the second portion of the Hospital segment of the game. This weapon uses the same ammo as the G19 Handgun, but due to the three round burst this gun can rack up a lot more damage quickly, so you’ll want to make this your primary choice.
