There is a second file in the Gas Station ! Good run fellas
They definitely count as files as you can re-examine them anytime you want under the "Files" tab just like others. They also reward you with a special charm if you manage to find all 4 of them. Pretty big miss from such a comprehensive map in my opinion.
Thanks for these! But I think they're just things you can examine that don't count as Files, and aren't needed for completion. Appreciate the help though.
