Marker being at the couch that you can't reach behind the coffee table in the parlor where you get the east wing keycard. the ACTUAL location for this simple lock is on the 1st floor above the ground floor, right outside the Chairman's Office, which is above the Parlor. (also I believe the two antique coins on the parlor counter are limited to normal and casual modes, not in insanity.)
