Players can also obtain the achievement ‘Sucker for Punishmenet’ for being kicked by a heavy cannibal 5 times.

These cannibals run on all fours and are covered in what appears to be clay/mud. The can jump long distances to close a gap and are aggresive to the player.

Uses a bellyflop and dangerous backhand attacks that do a lot of damage.
