Description
A chainsaw for chopping limbs and lumber.
Found inside the theater room when you come to leave the leisure Bunker, found inside the 
3D Printer Cave. Need to go through the civillian doorway via Guest Card to get here.

Inside the Leisure Bunker, which you access via the nearby cave and have the 
Maintenance Keycard. You will need to go through to the nightclub, and open the door via the 
Guest Keycard and find the optional bean bag theater room.
