Object 122 Observation Journal
Day one post-implementation. Medical parameters remain within expected ranges. I’m certain I made the correct choice this time. Day ten. Subject is awake, and conditioned reflexes have returned. No apparent disorientation. Tests indicate that his brain is capable of processing human speech – a promising sign despite our inability to establish direct contact. Three months. Every attempt to indirectly stimulate the subject’s cognitive processes or Controller abilities has been futile. It’s like he isn’t even here. Five (six?) months. Physical stimulation has also proven ineffective. The subject has not used his abilities once. I’m beginning to suspect that his brain may be damaged after all. Hell if I know how long. Now they’re cutting our funding!
