Inside a box near the door of the locked hangar. To get inside, head to the north-western edge of the yard to find stairs and crates that let you climb onto the shipping containers. Keep climbing and jumping to end up on top of a crane, then hop down onto some more container stacks that will get you inside the hangar - watch out for a telekinetic mutant and grenade traps, though!
