Located on top of the dilapidated building. Move the box on the second floor to the nearby corner and use that to jump across to the platform opposite it.
From there, jump onto the pole and use that to reach the handholds. Follow the handholds across and make one more jump to the platform opposite, where you’ll find the corpse.
