This enormous electrical power plant is a hybrid methane/hydroelectric design. Analysis suggests it has been refitted and redesigned several times.

—Originally a hydroelectric turbine, powered by hot water from the titan rockbore below
—Redesigned to burn methane (note liquid methane storage tanks and large air intake/exhaust stacks)
—Generates electricity compatible with Axum power grid; at peak output, capable of powering a major city
—All methane-burning components apparently sabotaged circa 250 years ago; plant abandoned

Assessment: the plant can be returned to operation if key components are replaced and the heat pipe is reconnected to the titan rockbore below.
