Let it be known to all who march under my banner:
You are to seize the city of Svartrau and make it kneel before its rightful ruler. Any soul that dares resist is to be broken. Crush all opposition without hesitation.
As for your reward, take what you will from the houses and market stalls. Gold, food, flesh – it is all yours to claim. If the townsfolk weep, beg, or curse, let them. So long as your blades stay sharp and your loyalty unshaken, I care not how you earn your spoils.
But disobey me, and you shall find mercy is not a virtue I possess.
