Dawn and Dusk are like twin brothers, ever competing,
Ever trying to wrangle the Earth from the hands of the other.
And so goes for their many servants and children, too.
Those who serve Dusk disobey Dawn,
Those who love Dawn hate his brother Dusk.

Us humans, we bask in the sun, greeting Dawn with smiles.
But Dusk is jealous and wants us all to himself.
And so he tempts us, draws us to his dark domain.
And he who invites him to his heart is doomed forever.

But there are those who understand both,
Who tread the fine line that divides them,
Forever struggling to catch balance,
One eye opened to the Night, one to Day.
Tireless pilgrims, always travelling, always changing,
And even the gods wonder, are they blessed – or cursed?
