Let it be known that men and women who refer to themselves as \manumits" are guilty of many heinous crimes, including but not limited to: murder, assault, arson, theft, spilling holy vrakhiri blood, disrupting masses, as well as possession and malicious use of silver. They are known to torture and mutilate their victims.
