Habeas Sanguinem

I, Brencis, Knyaz of Vale Sangora, hereby declare that no Inhabitant of the Valley shall ever be executed and drained of their blood but by lawful judgement and laws of the land.

Blood shall be collected as a tithe, on a monthly basis, during masses. Each Inhabitant shall donate a pint of blood, and not a drop more. In exchange, each Inhabitant shall be granted the privilege of partaking in communion wine, blessed with vrakhiri blood, to protect them from illness.

Masses shall be attended by all over the age of eighteen. No weakness or sickness or other reason shall be used as justification to abstain from said Masses.
